Gift Certificates can be used for any service listed on
our
Menu. You can print out E-Gift certificate
Here.
An
Email Confirmation will be sent to you via E-Mail. At the time of purchase, your
gift certificate is automatically activated from your order number unless card
does not authorize. This confirmation number
should be placed in the upper right hand corner of the gift certificate.
Important!
In the "Comments & Additional
Information Box", please fill out:
☻Name of recipient (if you would like us to leave it blank please specify).
☻Who will the gift certificate be from?
☻Exact Service you would like them to have, either in dollar amount or service.
☻Please specify If you will print out an e-gift certificate or you would like us
to mail it and where.
☻Confirm the e-mail where you would like the confirmation to go.
☻If you would like any special
messages on the gift certificate or have any
special request.
Gift Certificates for packages not listed here, you can either purchase in monetary values listed. For example, If you wish to purchase the Alpha Experience at $270, select 4/$50 plus 1/$70 gift certificate. In the "Comments & Additional Information" Box.
